Messengers

For the past few months, a huge amount of disappearances have occurred in the small town of Lockwood, Michigan, with the relation all being towards a strange death cult that call themselves "The Messengers": who believe a pagan death god can be spoken to by killing people and bringing their souls back to Earth. Detective Jack McCormick has found leads that some of the missing people are being taken to an abandoned apartment complex, so he heads out to investigate. What he didn't know is that he would come face-to-face with a horror beyond any human comprehension.

This project is a project made for my college class GAME-1304 Level Design! Created by Michael Parks 2024.

* PLEASE NOTE: AI WAS USED TO MAKE CRIME SCENE PHOTOS, CORPSE IMAGES ARE NOT REAL! * AI kills creativity, but I can't just throw real dead bodies in a college project!

12/2/2024 UPDATE:

- Added a "You Died" menu, rather than sending the player back to menu on death.

- Changed the Static Cultist's Damage from 15 DPS to Insta-Kill. Don't get close.

- Added Opening Cutscene / Edited Credits
